E-Liminate Pit Wetting Agent

E-liminate Pit is a high purity wetting agent formulated for use in electronic grade sulfamate nickel electroforming. It is  is 100 % photoresist compatible and formaldehyde free.

E-Liminate Pit provides high wetting action for the prevention of pitting due to hydrogen gas generated during electroforming. Still, E-liminate Pit is low foaming for use with today’s high flow and agitation electroforming
equipment.

E-liminate Pit’s proprietary surfactant system solublizes and emulsifies
organic contaminants to greatly reduce organic co-deposition which may cause
nodules and roughness. This coupling action allows for the easy removal of
organic contamination by carbon filtration; E-liminate Pit acts like a net for capturing organic contaminants. While E-liminate Pit will pass through activated carbon in its pure form, it actually assists in the removal of organic contaminants captured from solution.

E-liminate Pit does not co-deposit with nickel so it has virtually no impact on the internal stress of deposit.
